After graduating from Swansea Institute in 1995 with a Higher National Diploma in Ceramics and Design. I gradually built a modest studio where I could further develop and refine my throwing skills.

My journey as a potter has involved working for other potters, mastering both hand-throwing and hand-building techniques. This diverse experience has enriched my understanding of the craft and allowed me to develop my own style.

My creations range from functionalt tableware in subtle yet captivating colors to pieces that explore intriguing textures. Recently, my focus has shifted towards experimenting with surface textures, aiming to evoke the look of worn paintwork or cracked surfaces layered over a glazed finish.

My work is a continuous exploration of form and texture, striving to create pieces that are not only functional but also visually striking and evocative.
